What are the steps of APLUS KIMYA’s recruitment process?
The recruitment process begins with identifying the need for personnel, followed by collecting and evaluating applications. After the initial assessment, suitable candidates are invited for preliminary interviews. During these interviews, position-specific assessments (e.g., personality inventory, English test, assessment center) may be applied. Candidates who pass the first stage are invited for departmental interviews. For certain roles, project assignments and presentation stages may also be part of the process. Candidates who are positively evaluated throughout the process receive a job offer to conclude the hiring process.
Performance and Career Management
Employee performance is evaluated annually based on a goal- and competency-oriented performance system. The evaluation includes self-assessment by the employee and a subsequent review by the manager. These results are used to support the employee’s career planning and management.
What tools are used in APLUS KIMYA’s Performance and Career Management System?
Job performance of the Sales and Marketing teams is evaluated through the Sales and Marketing Performance System, while other employees are assessed through the Annual Performance System. Evaluation results determine performance bonuses. Throughout the year, departments perform HR planning while employees complete Career Development Forms to outline short- and long-term career goals. These are jointly reviewed and supported with various development tools.
Learning and Development
Our employees enter a training and development process beginning with an orientation program in their first week. Employee development is supported through on-the-job training, job rotation, e-learning modules, and professional development training.
What learning and development tools are used at APLUS KIMYA?
From their first day, new hires begin an adaptation process guided by an assigned mentor and are supported through orientation programs delivered by Human Resources, their department, and on-the-job sessions. Throughout their employment, employees may benefit from tools such as job rotations, specialized training, e-learning, language courses, first aid, and occupational health and safety training based on individual needs.
Compensation and Rewards
APLUS KIMYA implements the HƒAY grading and compensation system. This system uses job evaluation methods to ensure a fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation policy. Annual market salary surveys are also taken into consideration during compensation planning.
